Entry to the Promotion is open to all small businesses who;
1. Are defined by, and trade as, a Small Business by The Australian Taxation Office (ATO), with twenty (20) employees or less;
2. The registered trading address of the business, and the usual trading address of the business, is located within the geographic boundaries of one of the eleven local government areas: Ballarat, Brimbank, Golden Plains, Greater Geelong, Hobson Bay, Hume, Maribyrnong, Melton, Moonee Valley, Moorabool, and Wyndham.
NB: Proof of the above conditions will be requested by the Promoter.
